HOW WILL I KNOW IF I’VE BEEN SELECTED TO GET A SAMPLE?

If you apply for a sample and you are selected, we’ll inform you via email.

HOW DO YOU SELECT USER?

Users are selected among a pool of members based on the number of items available. Each member is considered through a series of pre-established criteria that is required by the brand.

HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT?

The instruction to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form.

IS THE INFORMATION I SHARE WITH YOU KEPT SAFE?

Your personal details including your name, contact, address and email will never be shared with third party. If you’re sampling an item, your responses may be shared with the brands and companies who own the product. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY POINTS? HOW DO I EARN IT?

As we want to know what you think about the products. As and added value, every time you rate the products and/or upload photos/video of the products, you earn points which go straight to your account. You can learn more from Rewards.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEMS TO ARRIVE AFTER I APPLY?

Members should expect to receive their items within ten (10) to fifteen (15) working days depending on the volume of orders received.

WHY IS THERE A CHECKOUT LIMIT / WHAT ARE ALL THE CHECKOUT LIMITS?

Your account must have sufficient points before you can checkout the items.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY REDEMPTION?

The status of your checkout history can be found under Redemption.

HOW CAN I USE MY REMAINING ACCOUNT CREDITS?

If you have remaining credits in your account, it will be used to redeem the next items that you want.

HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I REDEEM?

Due to limited quantity, each profile is only entitled to 1 unique free item. You can check out as per your available reward points.

I WAS SELECTED BUT HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ITEMS.

If you are selected for an items and you haven’t received the item, you may check your Redemption. There’s a chance your item may have gone missing. Unfortunately, this happens occasionally, and due to limited supply, we cannot re-send you the lost items.

I RECEIVED MY ITEM. WHAT NOW?

We will be sending you a link via email to access your feedback survey, so you can share your thoughts on the item with us.

HOW SHOULD I WRITE MY REVIEW?

For best practices on writing a review, you may refer the steps / instruction below.

  • Step 1: Redeem your item(s).
  • Step 2: Redemption will be created.
  • Step 3: Once you received the item(s), you will be notified through email.
  • Step 4: Go to Redemption and select the particular item(s), a Rate button is activated where you can rate and write review now (Applicable for registered user).

CAN I LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEWS?

We receive honest reviews to help everyone to buy better.

WHY I CAN’T SEE THE PHOTO/VIDEO THAT I UPLOADED ON THE WEBSITE?

A photo or video review may not automatically upload to the Website as these types of review require approval by the Eptaa team.

WHY DIDN'T I GET MY EMAIL NOTIFICATION / NEWSLETTER?

If you didn’t receive an email notification from us, there are a few different steps you can try to figure out the issue.

  • Make sure you subscribe with a correct email address. Subsequently, we might be sending emails to an old email address, to see or change the email address associated with your account, log in to your Eptaa account to update.
  • Check your spam or junk folder. It's possible your email provider mistakenly sent our messages to your spam or junk folder. To avoid this, add eptaa’s email address to your address book. If you have other filters rules in your email account that may have sorted Eptaa emails elsewhere, be sure to check those too.
